Job description
- Participate/collaborate in the implementation of the research programme SL 4 Analysis of the impact of transformation on education, human health and mental health in line with the needs of other members of the research team and partner institutions;
- Participation within the team in basic and oriented research, in particular collaborative interdisciplinary research in the social sciences and humanities;
- Contributing to outputs in the form of analyses or scientific publications;
- participation in data collection for specific project outputs and assistance in their completion.

Expected amount of time
- 0.3 FTE
Qualifications and other prerequisites
- University degree in a doctoral programme in the field of education/psychology/sociology (Ph.D. or equivalent in education/psychology/sociology);
- at least 5 years of post-Ph.D. research experience;
- The researcher must also have authored publications in prestigious international journals or achieved other comparable results demonstrating excellence;
- For FORD 1,5: 3 times Jimp, For FORD6: min. 7 publications of the type Jimp, Jsc, B, C, where the outputs are comparable to research at international level (more significant are considered those publications where the researcher/staffer is the main author or Q1 and Q2 journals), references to preprints may be included if freely available (preprints should be properly referenced and either a link to the preprint or a DOI should be provided);
- Researcher H-index min. 4 (FORD 1.5), 2WOS/4 Scholar (FORD6);
- Demonstrable involvement in basic/applied/contract research projects;
- English language proficiency, excellent communication skills comparable to B2 level. Knowledge of other languages an advantage;
- Independent, responsible and creative approach to work;
- Moral and civic integrity;
- Ability to collaborate on pedagogical, psychological and sociological, aspects of industrial transformation on education, human health and psyche
Estimated date of arrival
- 1 February 2024, or by agreement. Fixed-term employment for a maximum of 3 years

The first round of the selection procedure will take place without the presence of the candidates in person, with the selection committee assessing the submitted materials.
The Dean of the Faculty reserves the right to invite only selected candidates to a personal meeting and the right not to select any candidate. The Dean of the Faculty of Education UO may also cancel or repeat the selection procedure.
